Tell us the property type, how it is used and which areas your enquiry concerns. Mention an existing assessment, relevant changes and your preferred timing. Keep the description brief and leave out confidential documents, occupants’ personal details, passwords and payment information.

Fire emergencies
For an active fire emergency, call 999. London Fire Brigade directs emergency calls to emergency control in its calling 999 guidance (london-fire.gov.uk). This form is for routine assessment enquiries.
