Fire Risk Assessments London

Privacy notice

This notice explains how information is processed when you visit fireriskassessmentslondon.uk or contact Fire Risk Assessments London through the enquiry form.

Information you provide

The enquiry form requires your name, email address and message. Telephone number and site postcode are optional. Your message should contain a short description of the assessment work needed.

Leave out passwords, one-time codes, payment or account details, identity documents, medical records and confidential files. Describe relevant property records without copying sensitive information into the form.

Enquiries and correspondence

Your information is used to understand and respond to your enquiry and maintain related correspondence. Cloudflare Pages serves the website and proxies the form request. Google Cloud hosts the form service, and SMTP2GO delivers the enquiry email to the existing private recipient.

Doxa records the enquiry for internal handling. Google Workspace handles email correspondence. The form does not automatically match you with an assessor or send your enquiry to a third-party contractor.

Hosting, security and analytics

Cloudflare supports website delivery and security. Its privacy policy (cloudflare.com) describes processing that can include IP addresses, traffic routing information and other traffic data from interactions with customer websites.

Cloudflare Web Analytics is configured at the hosting level for this domain, with automatic beacon installation enabled. No additional analytics scripts have been added in the website template code. That distinction matters because an existing hosting configuration can provide analytics separately from the template.

Cloudflare explains these configuration methods in its Web Analytics documentation (developers.cloudflare.com). No advertising or marketing-cookie scripts have been added to this build. Fonts are served from self-hosted files.

Your information rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to information about processing, access to your personal data, correction, erasure, restriction or objection. Conditions and exemptions apply, and a request for deletion does not always require every record to be erased.

The Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK authority for information rights, explains these conditions in its data protection rights guidance (ico.org.uk).

For a privacy question or request, use the contact form. Include enough information to identify the enquiry concerned without sending sensitive documents.
